We are currently seeking candidates for a Asst Director with the following qualities:
*Prior experience with commissioned sales
*Prior Management experience
*Open availability 7 days a week
*Professional appearance and attitude
*Very outgoing personality, easy to get along with
*Excellent customer service skills
*Strong organizational skills and problem solving skills
*Creativity*Ability to handle constructive criticism from higher management
*Training skills to develop new staff
Position consists of some of the following and much more:
*Oversee and participate in all daily operations of the spa while working side by side with the front desk sales staff to hit monthly goals and sell monthly discount packages. This is not an office postion.
* Promoting our brand with daily grass roots marketing
*Answering phones and booking appointments
*Interaction with massage therapists and estheticians
*Report and interact with St. Louis management and owners on a daily basis
*Bank deposits and daily sales reports
*Scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, hiring
*Handle customer complaints per company protocol
