Position Overview:

The role of the Esthetician or Cosmetologist is to fulfill the needs of the clients by performing the best salon/spa services possible. They will also be responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service. Strong sales experience, maintaining a clean work environment, utilizing a cash register and continuing to learn through webinars and eLearning are also essential parts of this position.

The ideal candidate for this position has a Cosmetology or Esthetics license, excellent interpersonal skills, a desire to work in the beauty industry, an outgoing and upbeat personality, and professional dress, speech, and behavior. Previous experience in waxing, facials, tinting, and lashes services is preferred, but not required.


Main Responsibilities include:

Perform services as requested, including waxing, facials, tinting, and lashes
Demonstrated ability for upselling products and services
Follow established protocols for services and selling
Engaging customers
Maintaining sanitation
Refilling supplies
Checking clients in and out
Performing additional duties as required


Requirements:

Esthetics or Cosmetology license
Previous experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Great work ethic
Ability to engage and retain customers
Ability to up-sell products and services
Understanding of technology
Professional demeanor
Neat and clean appearance
Great attitude
Outgoing personality
