Looking for a Customer Service Rock Star!


Do you enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced work culture?  Are you skilled in customer service and supporting a team environment?  Rocky Mountain Natural Labs, home to Sanitas Skincare, is seeking a part-time (approximately 30 hours per week) Customer Service Representative. This position functions as a key administrative supporting role to a growing sales and custom service team.  



QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM Software, and PowerPoint is essential
  • Skincare and/or spa experience preferred, licensed esthetician ideal
  • Strong customer service experience, primarily phone based
  • Detail and task orientated
  • Proficient in translating customer needs with a focus on accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well to tight deadlines in a high demand environment
  • Personal accountability and “can-do” attitude a must
  • Extremely organized
  • Task efficient and thrives in a flexible work flow
  • Desire to learn new skills
  • Handles constructive feedback professionally
  • Adaptable and excels in a fluid environment
  • Focused and self-driven
  • Punctual



Hourly pay based on experience.
