Do you have a passion for beauty? Are you motivated to drive sales and have retail sales experience? Are you able to work independently in a retail setting to create an exciting and welcoming environment for customers?

If so, you could be the next onsite Beauty Concierge within Target's beauty aisles. As a Beauty Concierge you are responsible for creating meaningful sales interactions with customers, educating and consulting consumers on beauty items across hair care, skincare and cosmetics.

The Beauty Concierge role is like no other in that you are trusted to work independently within a Target location. You will have the full support of a manager through regular visits and in-store Skype meetings. You will be part of a growing movement that is changing the face of beauty in retail. "Guest Spotlighting" / Customer service skills
• Educate customers and make targeted beauty recommendations in a sales environment
• Ability to utilize samples and select demo products in aisles with guest
• Serve as cosmetics, skin care and hair care expert in the aisles
• Recommend and sell products to customers across multiple lines
• Proactively approach and engage customers within the beauty aisles
• Must be outgoing, positive, and provide friendly, informed beauty advice
• Enjoy working to create and maintain a beautiful environment for your customers to shop
• Guest-centric and excited to focus on customer needs and service

Job responsibilities and expectations
• An "On Call Beauty Advisor" will cover shifts on an "as need basis" in a designated area consisting of 4 - 6 store locations
• Work at least 6 - 8 shifts in a thirty (30) day period
• Work weekdays, weekends and select holidays
• Provide shift availability weekly to manager
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are vital to success in this position
• Ability to work independently within an assigned location
• Expected to meet with manager regularly in store and/or via Skype
• We are also seeking beauty demonstrators for weekend in-store events. Must be comfortable performing product demonstrations with consumers and applying product across beauty categories including skin care, hair care and cosmetics.

Education and industry requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required - Licensed beauty professions are preferred but not required
• Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience required - Beauty retail experience preferred but not required

• Work on feet for long hours and ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Applicant must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
