The College of International Esthetics, Inc. is looking for two part time instructors to provide quality and competent education. Our education goes beyond the basics of just skincare. Our school imparts deeper knowledge and teaches specific techniques with a medical-esthetic focus.
HOURS
Monday-Thursday 5:00-9:30pm and some Saturdays. This shift may have the option to eventually go full time 1:00-9:30pm and some Saturdays.
-OR-
Tuesday-Thursday 8:15-1:00 and some Saturdays. This shift has the possibility to add Fridays 8:15-3:00pm
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
The instructor is required to complete training and, depending on qualifications, put through all areas of study. Our expectation is that every instructor teach with the same voice and therefore the same procedures.
The instructor is responsible for the training of all students assigned to them in the areas of esthetic services such as customized facials, skin analysis, diseases and disorders, body treatments, makeup, waxing, microdermabrasion, chemical peeling, etc.
The instructor is responsible for delivering all instructional materials, Power Point presentations, lesson plan development, testing, and student evaluations. Additionally, they should assist in the development of new handouts and educational changes as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • MUST have 2 years of experience in the industry
  • Active Colorado esthetician or cosmetologist license
  • Certified in microdermabrasion and chemical peeling in Colorado
  • Familiar with IMAGE skincare and Sanitas a plus
  • Previous teaching/training experience a plus
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
The College of International Esthetics, Inc. offers advanced training in Lash Extensions, Permanent Makeup, Dermaplaning, Micro Needling, Laser, IPL, and Radio Frequency. Additional certifications in any of these areas of study are a huge benefit.
