We are currently looking for WEEKEND help! MUST be available Saturdays and Sundays. About AILLEA is Denver’s premier clean beauty boutique. We carry over forty luxury non-toxic makeup, skin, hair, and body care lines as well as bath accessories. We are committed to providing customers with products that are free of harmful ingredients such as parabens, sulfates, phthalates, petrochemicals, and synthetic fragrance without sacrificing efficacy or luxury. We are looking to hire experienced estheticians, cosmetologists, and those with experience in luxury cosmetic sales. PERKS! Gratis, training with brand creators and founders, in store and out of store events, etc. Description and Responsibilities Assist customers, and provide knowledgeable advice and appropriate product recommendations Keep active clientele book Achieve personal sales goals Provide excellent customer service including skincare consultations and makeup application Participate in inventory management Research ingredients and assist with new brand discovery Keep store fresh, clean, and attractive Assist with social media presence and content creation Be knowledgeable of all product lines, new product releases, and in-store events Assist leads with brand expansion Qualifications Strong personal interest in clean beauty A MUST Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent communication and problem solving skills Flexible work schedule and reliable form of transportation Creative, self-motivated, and driven Education and Experience Prior experience in cosmetics, beauty, and sales required High school graduate *Must be able to lift 20 pounds, and bend and stretch to stock shelves * Job Type: Part-time Salary: $12.00 /hour Required education: High school or equivalent Required experience: Cosmetics: 1 year 1 day ago -  save job » Apply Now Please review all application instructions before applying to AILLEA.
