We are a growing high end laser and skin care center in Greenwood Village CO. We have invested over a million dollars in state of the art laser equipment and products in order to deliver the best results to our clientele. Position Summary:  We are looking for an exceptional, experienced Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician to work in our medical spa. We are looking for an employee with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in esthetic skin care, laser treatments, and skin care product sales. This position requires a person who is outgoing, friendly, and able to easily motivate and interact positively with patients. Must be a team player, work well with others, keep an organized and clean workspace and be willing to assist with other tasks around the office when needed. We offer competitive wages commensurable with experience and potential to earn more with commissions. ($15.00 to $35.00+ an hour) This position may be full time or part time. Hours are generally 9am-6pm with flexibility, Saturdays 10am-5pm. Major holidays are always off. Responsibilities included the following:  Recommending skin care regimen and administering laser treatments Performing skin care analysis/treatments. Facials, Peels, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning and Microneedling Actively contributing to our friendly, compassionate customer experience Participation in trainings, employee/marketing meetings Maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPPA compliant records Regularly updating patient’s clinical treatment records Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Attitude : At least 3+ years or more of Esthetic Skin Care and Laser Treatment experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to consult with patients regarding skin care and laser treatment needs and create a treatment plan for them Thorough understanding of skin care and laser treatments Ability to educate patients about various treatments and recommend and sell skin care products Ability to problem solve as well as take direction Willingness to learn and grow into and beyond the position.
