We are looking for a highly motivated, talented and experienced Esthetician who would be responsible for giving our guests high-quality, relaxing facial treatments, while also helping to facilitate a pleasant and memorable overall Spa experience.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Prepares room for specific treatment to be performed
  • Checks computer for daily and weekly schedule of treatments
  • Greets all guests by name and fully explains services, including a pre-session interview and skin analysis
  • Performs all treatments according to current protocol
  • Ensures that treatment is timed properly to ensure that guest can be on time to other treatments
  • Provides home care recommendations to clients as appropriate, explains products used and application of home care, and sells product with knowledge and confidence
  • Performs according to company objectives regarding sales and works to build a clientele, customer retention, and repeat client requests
  • Assists in maintaining Spa cleanliness and participates in inventory management
  • Possess excellent knowledge of St Julien Hotel & Spa to be able to answer guest inquiries
  • Other duties as requested by supervisor
Qualifications:
  • Must be a licensed Esthetician in the state of Colorado
  • Minimum of 2 years experience required
  • Must be able to work at least 3 shifts per week, including evenings, weekends & holidays
