Smooth Skin Centers is hiring. We need laser technicians, estheticians, and front desk staff. To be considered, you must be confident, capable, and conscientious, as well as be willing and able to learn and grow.
Laser Techs: Experience as a certified as a laser specialist is not required, but it is a bonus. Experience with hair removal (waxing or electrolysis) is also bonus. You will primarily be doing laser hair removal and laser skin tightening to start. We will train the right people. If you’re an esthetician who wants to do laser, then this is a great opportunity! You have to be caring and credible.
Estheticians: You MUST be an experienced Colorado licensed esthetician and be certified in chemical peels and microdermabrasion. If you have other training, all the better, including micro-needling and dermplaning. You have to be organized and communicative.
Front Desk Staff: Our front desk staff must love keeping track of the details, plus be organized, considerate, a multi-tasker, great on the phone and in person, computer literate, trustworthy, outgoing and friendly.
As a team, we all work on building the business by attracting new clients and strengthening relationships with existing clients, so you will get to actively participate in social media and marketing & networking events. Pay is based on your experience, skills, and potential. Commission is based on accomplishing company goals and individual effort. We have fun working hard and celebrating our successes as a team.
