Lash'n Wax is looking for Lash Extension Specialists/ Microblading Technicians/ Wax Specialists to join our growing team!  We are looking for someone with an energetic "make it happen" attitude and someone who encourages others to be their best. 

Responsible of Lash Extension specialist:
-Designs specific eyelash treatments based upon guest's individual needs
-Perform consecutive professional eyelash extension application sessions.
-Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and the studio's policies and procedures.
-Creates excellent experience for guests through friendly and helpful attitude
-Provides frequency recommendations and education to members/guests on proper lash aftercare
-Helps maintain professionalism and cleanliness of lash rooms and common studio areas
- Must certified

Responsibilities of Microblading Technician:
-Must present and portray a positivpositive and professional image of the practice to client
-Consult with potential clients.
-Schedule procedures with clients.
-Sign up clients with all proper paperwork.
-Perform procedures at the highest level of quality and care.
-Signup clients for “touch-up” (follow-up) appointments.
-Communicate all aftercare instructions and explain healing process to clients.
-Handle client concerns that arise during and after procedure.
-Maintain a clean and organized procedure room.
-Follow all sterility procedures to ensure no contamination of microblading equipment.
- Microblading skills. (must certified)

Responsible of Wax Specialist:
-Successful candidates must exhibit skilled waxing technique, strong desire and interest in waxing
-Seek long term employment and strong customer service skills.
-To excel in this position an individual must be self-motivated, accountable and thrive in a team environment.
-Ability to perform all types of body waxing.


All applicants must have the following qualifications:
-Must be a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist .
-Must have or be willing to buy liability insurance.
-Must be willing to learn new technique.
-Must possess a positive, proactive, upbeat and personable attitude.
- Must be professional, friendly, courteous, patient and tactful with clients.
-Must have special ability to communicate effectively and relate well with clients.
-Must be able to work well under pressure.
-Oral and written communication skills.
-Selling skills, convert sales, follow-up skills.
-Ability to work independently.
-Ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Work in a fun, fast paced environment
-Must be customer service oriented and be able to communicate effectively with clients.
-Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation
