We are an Aveda concept salon and spa in Aurora, has an immediate opening for a salon receptionist/stylist assistant and esthetician to join our close knit team.

***Salon Receptionist/Stylist Assistant Position***

We are looking for an energetic professional individual. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task. We are looking for outgoing and friendly individual with excellent communication and people skills to join our friendly salon and spa.

Important days Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
-Greeting and tending to client needs
-Booking and confirming appointments
-Handle high volume and multiple phone lines
-Processing payments for services and products
-Taking general responsibility for stylists' schedule
-Being a team-player in ensuring the smooth operation
-Cleanliness of the salon on a daily basis
-Opening and Closing duties (Being able to open and close the salon independently)
- Assist stylists as needed


COMPENSATION:

Hourly pay with opportunity for sales bonus
Hair and spa service discounts

Estheticians who apply for this position will need to have experience in the following areas and a willingness to learn our brand's techniques.

Full body waxing
Facials
Lash and brow tinting
Lash extensions
Below are just some of the responsibilities of our Estheticians:

Engage and educate clients throughout the day about skin care, lashes, and services offered.
Provide consistent and high quality services to clients.
Assist in general spa up-keep and cleaning. You're responsible for your treatment room and assisting the team with the rest of the spa.
Upsell products and additional services.

Requirements:

Current Colorado Esthetician license
Self-motivation to go out and promote yourself and the brand
Working Interview is required.
