PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be prepared for every appointment; start and end on time
• Greet and assist each client courteously
• Professionally cater to clients needs
• Keep work areas clean and stocked
• Promote spa products, gift certificates, and specials
• Strive to create loyal customers and encourage booking future appointments
• Offer parting wishes to all clients
• Communicate frequently with staff, and monitor changes in schedule
• Coordinate with other spa staff (i.e., estheticians/massage therapists) to effectively deliver a great spa experience
• Participate in corporate events to promote massage and wellness services (i.e. chair massages)
• Usual spa housekeeping
