Busy waxing/skincare & lash extension boutique in Downtown Denver seeking a hard-working, customer service oriented and computer savvy individual to join our team. Only apply if you are looking for a long-term position. You need to be upbeat, professional and energetic with an ability to hold mental complexity.
Must be available to work weekends. Highest level of customer service to patients, and anyone you encounter as part of the job. Previous office experience including phone skills, computer skills, scheduling and receiving payments required.
Professional looking and organizational skills are a must. Positive attitude and friendly approach is mandatory.
Multitasking is required for the following activities:
*Patient scheduling
*New patient registration
*Patient check-in and check out
*Computer entry
*Assisting estheticians with their duties
*Ordering
*Stock counts & Inventory
*Work directly with Owner dailyQualifications
*1 year of recent office and front office experience with references
*Understanding of general office duties
*Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast paced environment
*Ability to function independently without a lot of supervision
*Possess the skills to promote the practice through public relations
*Excellent communication skills and ability to interact in a positive manner with patients and staff
*Experience with electronic scheduling is preferred.
