Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Cherry Creek is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and enthusiastic Spa Manager to join the team. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of achieving individual and team success, have excellent sales skills, and demonstrate a professional and friendly communication style. This position is responsible for the management of the daily operations of the franchise and performance of the business. The Spa Manager must perform all of the duties listed below and will perform the duties and responsibilities of the Spa Associate when necessary. The Spa Manager is required to work Saturdays. Essential Functions : Oversees and manages the daily operations of the spa Assists with setting and achieving membership goals Manages all of the spa staff including spa associates, therapists, and estheticians Responsible for creating and managing staff work schedules Responsible for all human resource functions for the spa staff including interviewing, hiring, training, disciplining, and termination Manages the performance review process for all employees Ensures all operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes or other local agency codes Provides excellent customer service to all members and guests Manages spa inventory and orders supplies as needed Generates sales reports Performs marketing duties Helps to maintain a professional, clean and safe spa environment for employees and clients Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management, marketing, or related field preferred 3+ years’ supervisor or manager experience preferred 3+ years’ experience working a spa environment preferred Equivalent combination including customer service and sales experience - Qualified applicants please submit your cover letter, salary requirements and resume to the Indeed email provided - Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 /year Required education: Bachelor's Required experience: Supervisor or Manager: 3 years Spa Environment: 3 years 2 days ago - save job » Apply Now Please review all application instructions before applying to Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa.
