Part-time
Responsibility includes training and sell-thru of Sonäge treatments and products at retail and spa locations. Conduct skincare demonstrations and education to assist with sales in designated stores and support the growth and development of the brand. To be a team player with the retail partner and contribute to the overall success of Sonäge.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
  • Responsible for monthly event activation to engage with consumers and clients delivering outstanding education experiences and optimize business results.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with store managers, spa managers, front desk, estheticians and all other supporting staff.
  • Resolve customer issues by recommending solutions and working with the team at home office.
REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Licensed Esthetician must. Holistic Esthetician preferred.
  • 2+ years in customer service. Experience in the spa industry or related hospitality industry preferred.
  • Flexibility in scheduling (weekends, evenings, holidays and extended days)
