Spa Manager Position Summary: This position is responsible for the management of the daily operations of a high performing and fast growing spa in the highest demographic area in Colorado. The Spa Manager must perform all the duties listed below; in addition, the Spa Manager will perform the duties and responsibilities of the Spa Associate when necessary. Spa Manager Essential Functions:   Closes membership sales over 25% and leads spa associates to do the same.  Assesses the performance of the spa against goals and plans.  Performs and/or oversees front-desk duties.  Implements and monitors workplace safety.  Processes membership changes such as suspends, freezes, and cancellations  Ensures client services are being carried out and completed in a professional, correct, and efficient manner.  Manages business donations  Generates all required reports accurately and on time.  Monitors quality control in all aspects of operation.  Practices excellent client service and ensures employees are doing the same  Solves client issues  Assists with franchise-reporting requirements.  Assists with hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining employees.  Assists with verbal interview of Massage Therapists and Estheticians.  Performs administrative duties.  Performs and/or oversees regular inventory procedures.  Implements strategies for ensuring loss prevention.  Creates a schedule on a regular basis that is responsive to the sales/service levels.  Performs any other job functions as necessary to ensure continued smooth operation of the business.  Basic maintenance and cleaning.
