General Manager (Spa Director) opportunity at our Tiffany Plaza Massage Envy Spa in Denver located off of I-25 and Hampden!
Massage Envy at Tiffany Plaza/Denver is seeking a positive, high performing experienced General Manager who is interested in working in a fast paced sales and customer service environment. You’ll provide leadership and a positive personality and must have a strong work ethic. The General Manager oversees and manages the overall daily operations of the Massage Envy Spa clinic and, therefore, is vital to the success of a Massage Envy Spa clinic.
Required experience before you apply: 
  • Have a minimum 5 years of experience successfully managing a team of at least 30 people in a sales and spa environment.
  • Show where you have consistently met and exceeded sales and business’s financial goals.
  • Worked in a fast paced environment and achieved optimal results.
  • The ability to take on new challenges and be open to change.
  • Flexible work schedule; The Spa is open Mon-Sun from 8am-10pm.
Essential Duties: 
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the clinic
  • Assists Franchise Owner in setting and achieving all membership and retail sales goals and profitability.
  • Manage sales associates and massage therapy and esthetician staff (approx. 60 reports)
  • Train, monitor and coach performance of sales associates
  • Responsible for establishing and monitoring staff and therapist work schedules
  • Responsible for all human resource functions for clinic staff and therapists
  • Assists in providing excellent service to members/guests
  • Maintain professional, clean and safe clinic environment for employees and members/guests
  • Responsible for generating sales reports
  • Ensures employee work time is properly recorded and payroll is processed in a timely manner
  • Maintains inventory and orders supplies
  • Other duties as assigned
Education, Skills and Training: 
  • Management, sales experience in a Spa environment
  • Experience with Millenium software**
  • Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations and goals and delegate
  • Proficiency in generating membership and retail sales goals and interpreting trends in sales reports
  • Satisfactory results of background and reference check is a condition of employment in this position
  • Knowledge of and compliance with all labor and employment laws applicable to clinic employees
  • General knowledge of modalities offered by Massage Envy Spa, and understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
