At Natural Skincare and Acne Clinic we specialize in clearing acne with 90% effectiveness. We also offer medical esthetics procedures such as IPL, MicroNeedling, Fractional CO2, Chemical Peels and Medical Facials. Our Estheticians are responsible for conducting acne consultations, identifying the unique triggers for the client’s acne, creating an acne clearing treatment plan, selling skincare products, herbs and supplements and then supporting the client through a 12-week program. We were recently rewarded 3rd Fastest Growing Small Business by Denver Business Journal and won A-List's Best Medical Spa. We are a fast growing company and are looking for a Clinic Manager that has their Esthetician License (or is an Esthetic Nurse) and is seasoned in this trade. This position will start in the treatment room working directly with clients and then move into managing the clinic, daily operations and staff. You will be training directly with our Founder and creator of the acne program and expected to become an expert in our programs. Required Background/Experience:  Licensed Esthetician Consultative Sales 5+ years Medical Esthetics experience Training or licensure in different types of small business management, leadership training, medical esthetics, holistic health or nutrition. Main Responsibilities:  Complete an in-house training program and pass a certification exam Conduct acne consultations and convert acne clients to our 12-week program Accounting and Administrative duties: bookkeeping, receivables, payables, budgets, invoices, payroll, P&L, cost of goods sold, balance sheets, etc Develop and executes aggressive long and short range financial objectives to meet and exceed budgeted sales goals and budgeted expense goals Lead and develop a team of Estheticians and Clear Skin Coaches Promote teamwork and positive morale Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve their skills Coordinate client schedule to maximize usage and efficiency Train and hire new employees Monitor accuracy of acne program results Maintain a clean clinic and oversee sanitation procedures Interact with client with a positive and empathetic attitude to help them implement behavior and lifestyle changes Inspire clients to make positive changes, provide emotional support, and celebrate progress towards goals Serve as acne program role model by living with a healthy diet and regular stress reduction habits Deliver excellent client experiences to drive efficacy, positive reviews, and new client referrals Skills:  Excellent knowledge and experience in esthetics, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle Strong motivational and convincing power to effect behavior and lifestyle change Possesses selling skills, identifies client needs and recommends appropriate products and services Ability to handle conflict Strong organization skills Active listening and empathetic communication skills High levels of accuracy and attention-to-detail Ability to follow process Ability to follow through with tasks Great verbal and written communication skills Flexible, positive attitude Works well in team environment Ability to learn new skills quickly Responsible and dependable Emotional composure Proclivity to think big!
