I am searching for someone to rent out my spa room. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their business without breaking the bank! Ideally searching for an esthetician who performs lashes or a massage therapist looking to work part time and share my suite, but open to other service providers as well.

I work in Phenix Salon Suites in an amazing location centrally located in south Denver. This location offers free wifi, conceirge each day to help check in your clients, heating/air control within the room, wooden floors throughout the 12' x 10' suite.

The room is available most mornings. All day Sunday, Monday and Wednesday.
