Rocky Mountain Natural Labs-Sanitas Skincare is looking for a PART-TIME customer service representative to join our team. This position would be 25 to 30 hours per week and does require aesthetics licensure and 1+ years experience. Primary responsibilities: Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers and outside sales reps and process all necessary requests quickly to ensure 100% service guarantee Input customer related information into CRM program(s)or other software(s) Act as primary point person for all customer orders and customer service needs Provide support materials such as printed manuals and marketing materials so they are available for new account orders Make outbound customer service calls to accounts Follow up with customers and outside sales reps as needed to provide superior customer service Support upselling opportunities by offering product knowledge, monthly specials and applicable product ideas Support sales representatives calling in from the field General administrative duties Assist Customer Service Manager with assigned projects, as needed Collaborate with our sales, marketing and education teams to support needs from the field Coordinate with Office Coordinator or Manager, on institute class days, to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and communication of support needs are relayed to all customer service, shipping and office staff Assist sales reps with new account on-boarding for successful account launches Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Esthetics licensure and 1+ years working as a licensed esthetician in a spa or medical office (required) Critical thinking and problem solving competency across multi-department platforms and with technical application tools Extreme attention to detail and follow through Customer service experience and experience taking customer service calls, answering questions, taking orders and addressing customer needs or resolving customer related issues Ability to instill knowledge and confidence to use and sell our brand(s) Understanding and strong competency in MS Office Programs, Word, Excel, CRM software and PowerPoint Possess a high degree of work flow flexibility and organization to meet the needs of a dynamic, rapidly growing company culture Please put PART-TIME CSR in the subject line of the application when applying Job Type: Part-time Job Location: Louisville, CO 80027 Required education: High school or equivalent Required experience: Esthetics: 1 year Required license or certification: Aesthetics/Esthetics https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=c78e0611100564a6&from=tp-serp&tk=1c3iq22b8auktanl
