Denver Laser Solutions is hiring for a full time skilled and passionate Esthetician who will fit in well with our professional team. This person must also be professional, motivated and team goal oriented; excel in product and service sales and ingredient knowledge, can deliver thoughtful yet result oriented facials and medical skin care to include microdermabrasion, chemical peels, IPL, Laser treatments, Ultherapy and Cool Sculpting. The position does include working one day at the front desk.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Learn a full and comprehensive knowledge base of all retail skin care
  • Learn a full knowledge of all facials, clinical skincare and laser treatments to include protocol, post care and adverse reaction.
  • Ability to successfully preform all facials, clinical skincare and laser treatments according to office protocol.
  • Ability to consult for all treatment options and answer client questions on all treatments and facials.
  • Ability to upgrade client treatments with add-on services, series and gift certificate sales.
  • Answer phones, schedule clients/book appointments, customer check-in check-out
  • Prepare spa room for next day services and clean and restock supplies as necessary and at the end of day.
  • Marketing task such as blog writing and social media posting is required
  • Good attitude, team player, friendly and outgoing, ability to make people feel special and ensuring guests are satisfied with their all around experience.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Active Colorado State License.
  • Co Microdermabrasion and Chemical peel certifications
  • Laser/IPL training certification
  • CoolSculpting training is a plus
