About the Lodge
The Headlands Lodge concept responds to a gap in the market for a luxury oceanfront experience that presents outdoor recreational opportunities for the next generation traveler.
The resort—planned to showcase the active, outdoor culture of the carefree, casually-elegant, and authentic Pacific City lifestyle—is the inspiration of Jeff Schons and Mary Jones at the helm of the Nestucca Ridge Family of Companies. This is a relocation opportunity to Pacific City, Oregon. Pacific City is off the beaten path on a relatively undiscovered stretch of the majestic Oregon Coast. Cape Kiwanda, in Pacific City, enjoys a storied connection to the ocean, local rivers, beachfront and majestic outdoor playground. Surfing, kayaking, hiking, photography, beach-combing, and fishing are just some of the outdoor activities enjoyed in this beautiful beach town.

As an enthusiastic, empathic and dynamic team member, you will be responsible for living the vision and ensuring that the company core values are implemented throughout the spa and wellness center.   • Work collaboratively with your team and cross departmentally to ensure guest service excellence and deliver our brand promise. Achieve guest satisfaction ratings.
  • Leverage your knowledge, training, and implement your organizational skills to assure quality service as well as an environment consistent with accepted standards of sanitation, hygiene, and safety.
  • Observe and assess each guest using appropriate skin care theory and practices. Select proper protocols based on guests individual needs.
  • Provide skin care services that care for the guest’s body, mind & spirit in an authentic and knowledgeable way. Deliver care with sensitivity and respect for each individual’s needs.
  • Shine and feel rewarded as you provide guests with self care recommendations and wellness education
  • Engage in care of own body, mind and spirit. Be a life-long learner as you continue to grow in your profession.
Required Education
  • 250 hours with diploma from an accredited school
  • Oregon state license
  • Proficient in skin care analysis and treatments; Proficiency in body treatments an asset
