compensation: The Esthetician position pays straight commission plus tips and bonus potential.

This position seeks a mature, experienced and motivated team player to join The Spa at Matrix. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, detail-oriented individual with a professional demeanor and exceptional customer service and sales skills. Previous salon/spa experience is a plus.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience in beauty and/or spa industry preferred
• Ability to perform customized facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing and tinting
• Ability to consistently and successfully recommend products, services and upgrades
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly, professional manner
• Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations
• Maintain a strong desire to help others through the healing benefits of spa services
• Ability to work evenings and weekends subject to the scheduling needs of the spa
