Job Summary
Join our Village! Be a part of Uptown's growing, first-of-its-kind day spa that offers service providers pay for booked AND unbooked time, job security, bonuses, and opportunities for growth. We are searching for an inspired Esthetician with an interest in taking a more natural approach to skincare.
What Jalan Offers: 
  • FT Estheticians currently receive $21.39/hr. with gratuities and commission.
  • $51,000 annual income potential with tips/product commission & bonuses.
  • $250 bonus after 180 days of employment
  • 10% commission on skincare, 5% on general retail
  • For employees who work 29+ hours per week, we provide: Long Term Disability, contributes $61 towards medical insurance premiums, Aflac supplemental insurance plans, and 15 Days of PTO (that's 3 full weeks)!
  • We pay you $250 when you refer another therapist to be a part of our team!
  • We take a more natural approach to skincare fusing rich botanicals with Eastern skincare techniques. Being certified in laser, microderms, or having medical experience is not necessary!
Jalan Facial Spa is currently looking to fill a part-time position: Thursday, Saturday, & Sunday . For all service providers, we provide:
  • Beautiful, spacious, fully furnished treatment rooms and service equipment, including linens/oils

  • 35% discount on all retail items and wholesale pricing for luxury skincare products
