Laser Technician, spa810 Belleview Weekend shifts are required . We are located at Belleview and I-25. Job Description: Laser technicians should be friendly, customer-service oriented individuals who are able to put their guests at ease. They must have the stamina to stand for long periods of time several times a day. An attention to safety procedures is essential to prevent injury to both the guest and the technician. Because new procedures are constantly emerging, technicians should be lifelong learners with a keen interest in science and technology. Note: All duties and requirements stated are essential job functions. Team members may be required to perform other job-related duties by their supervisor. Principle Duties:  Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service Provide consistent professional laser treatments and services in accordance with spa810 protocols and accepted certification practices Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls Have complete knowledge and understanding of laser hair removal while educating and training guests as well Suggest accurate treatment schedule time frames for optimal results Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required Communicate to lead laser technician any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available. Marketing work is essential and required. Handle guest’s questions and concerns professionally and courteously Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction Possess ability to work without direct supervision Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management Position Requirements Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge Must be a team player Must be able to stand while administering treatments Must be able to perform laser hair removal Must be physically able to operate laser equipment which includes beds Experience and Education Requirements:  Must hold and maintain a current state license Minimum 3 years hand on experience as an esthetician including various modalities such as facials, waxing, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and dermaplanning Must complete laser training and obtain certification prior to submitting application Job Type: Part-time Required experience: Esthetician: 3 years Laser Technician: 1 year Job Location: Denver, CO Required license or certification: State of Colorado Esthetics 3 days ago -  save job
