Primary Job Description
The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving sales through managing, developing and increasing the overall growth of spa accounts within their territory and identifying and securing new business accounts that support meeting their goals. The ideal candidate will be a licensed esthetician, have an extensive background in selling skincare to high-end spas, have a passion for the skin care industry, excellent time-management skills and a relentless desire to hit sales targets. This role will act as a brand ambassador to our spa/independent sales channel.
Key Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: 
  • Manage and grow spa/medical accounts in designated region
  • Support and plan events to reach assigned goals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets; achieve maximum sales in assigned territory
  • Identify potential growth areas, open new accounts
  • Cold call, network and prospect for new business
  • Manage On-Boarding Seminar and Program for spa/independent channel new accounts.
  • Ensure implementation of sales support tools for new product launches in the field.
  • Manage event and training orders and the tracking of those orders prior to events and trainings.
  • Manage the organization of trainings and events to ensure success.
  • Collaborate and maintain communication with accounts to ensure proper stock levels and order consistency
  • Serve as main point person for all customer contacts within given territory
  • Develop and maintain positive and impactful relationships with valued account partners and staff
  • Prepare and conduct new training and educational seminars on brand, product, and protocols
  • Handle and resolve problems or customer complaints
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows
  • Maintain customer files
  • Maintain professionalism through effective communication and compliance with corporate policies
  • Collaborate and maintain communication with accounts to ensure proper stock levels and order consistency
  • Develop call cycle to ensure comprehensive support of all accounts and partners in given territory
Experience/Skill Requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build positive/effective business partnerships
  • Superior selling skills with proven ability to set and achieve sales goals required
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Possess effective organization skills and is detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Familiarity with adhering to budgets
  • Excellent communication skills — verbal, non-verbal, and written including strong presentation abilities
  • Computer proficiency – including all Microsoft™ Office programs and other analytical tools
  • This role requires being in the field a minimum of 4 days per week. The other 1 day would be considered an office day.
Additional Requirements: 
  • Be willing to travel 50-75%
  • Be willing to work nights and weekends, if needed.
  • Experience in the management of a large, multi-state territory
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Skincare knowledge &/or Aesthetician License a plus
