The Education Specialist - Trainer reports directly to the Sr. Vice President of Products and Services and will be accountable for training and managing the education needs of spa accounts across various channels (spa, medical spa, resort spa, educational institutions, independent and specialty accounts) on product knowledge, brand mission, treatment protocols and new products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and write content for training and knowledge manuals, protocols, schematics and class curriculum Lead, train and inspire Sanitas spa partners and RMNL staff on products, programsandinitiatives Recruit and train a team of contract educators Work closely with the National Sales Director to oversee and service the esthetics schools in the Sanitas Alliance Program Build content for and be the on-camera talent for the Sanitas website and social media channels: recorded webinars, live webinars, tutorials and more Createengagingcurriculum that supports our brand positioning and lends value to our spa partners Create comprehensive education plan, schedule Sanitas Training Institute classes, regionaltrainingsand online classes Attend and speak at industry tradeshows as required Identify industry leaders and tastemakers to teach on behalf of Sanitas Oversee the Sanitas Training Institute’s equipment and maintenance schedule Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Esthetician (current) with a minimum of 2 years of experience workingonclients in a spa or medical environment (required) Expert knowledge of chemical peels techniques and safety An in-depth understanding of esthetics industry trends, servicesandmodalities Commanding yet engaging training style Dual licensure in Massage a +++ Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, ExcelandPowerPoint Technical aptitude for social media and webcasting programs Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnights and weekends with the possibility of some international travel Position must be based in the Denver/Boulder metro area - local candidates only Job Type: Full-time https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Sanitas-Skincare/jobs/Skincare-Education-Specialist-ab843875b8ef2fe6?sjdu=QwrRXKrqZ3CNX5W-O9jEvY7pwpuIWOKP39jI8jcuOVtD2iNGOcmXv4Ge4_f7tDBNTo_P_uEQdh4tyZD-S_TMrRk-T8rwnRZJibitC6V1B14&tk=1cd5qjr5v0k3d4pq&vjs=3 Required experience: Training: 1 year Esthetics: 2 years Required education: Associate Required licenses or certifications: Massage Therapist Esthetician
