Aillea a clean beauty boutique that provides over fifty luxury non-toxic makeup, skin, hair, and body care lines as well as bath accessories. We are committed to providing customers with products that are free of harmful ingredients such as parabens, sulfates, phthalates, petrochemicals, and synthetic fragrance without sacrificing efficacy or luxury.
Description and Responsibilities
Assist customers, and provide knowledgeable advice and appropriate product recommendations
Provide excellent customer service including skincare consultations and makeup application
Keep active clientele book
Achieve personal and store sales goals
Participate in inventory management
Research ingredients and assist with new brand discovery
Keep store fresh, clean, and attractive
Assist manager with store events
Be knowledgeable of all product lines, new product releases, and in-store events
Qualifications
Strong personal interest in clean beauty A MUST
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Flexible work schedule and reliable form of transportation
Creative, self-motivated, and driven
Education and Experience
Prior experience in cosmetics, beauty, and sales REQUIRED
Licensed makeup artist or esthetician preferred
High school graduate
