THE LASH LOUNGE® at Shops at Walnut Creek in Westminster, CO is looking for a dynamic Eyelash Extension Service Technician. In 2006, The Lash Lounge pioneered a new and unique salon concept that specializes in providing low-maintenance beauty through the application of our lash services. Due to our increasing popularity, we have bottled our secret for success and turned our concept into the first eyelash extension salon franchise in the country! We are in the pre-opening phase and are looking for qualified Stylists for our Grand Opening. 

We take pride in creating an inviting atmosphere and giving each of our clients' excellent customer service. This candidate must be highly motivated, possess excellent client service skills, and exceptional attention to detail. This position will perform salon services for our clients, including: semi-permanent eyelash extensions, temporary eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming and facial threading. Additional experience in Micro-Blading and Permanent Makeup would be great but not necessary. 

The Lash Lounge training and certification will be provided on all services. We value our positive work environment and fun culture, and we are looking for the right candidate who will contribute to fostering this along with our team. 

EYELASH STYLIST 

Eyelash Stylists are responsible for providing all salon services to Lash Lounge customers. We truly value our positive work environment and culture. We are looking for stylists who will engage and help grow our client base by providing the very best customer experience in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities 

  • Perform salon services for our clients, including: semi-permanent eyelash extensions, temporary eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading and makeup application (if applicable).
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests of The Lash Lounge.
  • Perform all other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications 

  • Must have current Cosmetology or Esthetician license in the state of Colorado.
  • Previous Eyelash Extension experience would be preferred but not a requirement.
  • Proven work ethic and record of performance.
  • Thrives in a teamwork environment.
  • Has exemplary attendance, is customer focused and can expertly address client issues.
  • Leads by example and is an advocate for The Lash Lounge Gold Standard through work habits and quality of service.
  • Adheres strictly to The Lash Lounge standards of salon operations.
Days and hours for this location are:
Monday through Thursday: 10am – 7pm 

Friday - Saturday: 9am - 6pm 

Sunday: 11am - 6pm
