Looking for a Colorado licensed massage therapist/Esthetician/Lash extension Technician or any professionals to rent the room available in my office located very close to Denver Tech Center and Park Meadows Mall area. Spa have private entry and room is fully furnished and includes a massage bed, towel warmer, wall decoration Included in the rent: utilities, linens and towels, restroom necessities,nightly janitorial service, Ample parking.
Individual is responsible for keeping the rented room and area clean, is welcome to work under my establishment license or use their own. Make your own schedule, and security deposit required upon signing of lease.
