We are hiring a talented, eager to learn, and self-starting licensed, experienced Cosmetologist or Aesthetician. The candidate must be certified in Microblading and have completed a state approved paramedical techniques course

Job Duties
You will be considered successful in this position if you:
Skillfully administer injectables + laser treatments and most importantly "Do no Harm"
Complete effective client consultations, and create treatment plans for patients. Listen to clients needs and wants. Utilize before and after pictures to ensure client satisfaction and document treatments.
Prescribe appropriate skin care regimens for each client based on their unique needs. (Our providers are knowledgeable and well trained on the use of Revision Skincare)
Ensure client paperwork including intake forms + treatment records are filled out completely and accurately. Ensure client records are store securely including digital files such as before and after photos taken on Lash and Company electronic devices.
Convert Lash and Company clients into loyal patients of our Med Spa Practice.
Provide excellent advice and services to new patients to become loyal clients and enable you to achieve (20-40 treatments per week) by 6 months.
Follow up with clients 24-48 hours after treatment
Solicit referrals and reviews from clients regularly.
Stay up-to-date on industry innovation, treatments, protocols, and products.
Attend continuing education after the initial training: Local and regional seminars, workshops, and national conferences.
Help to write curriculum, teach and train clinical team.
Use Lash and Company software booking / register system
Maintain a clean and organized work space before, during, and after performing services.
Follow dress code and all employee hand book guidelines
