Responsibilities
Must hold a license in Cosmetology, or Esthetician. If you are a RN with a license in Esthetics OR be willing to pay for and obtain your certification in Dermal Fillers, and Neurotoxin (Botox/Dysport), you are eligible to apply, too.
We are seeking a few new team members to add to our team of skin, face and body experts. This individual will help to strengthen our skin and face business by interacting with clients to deliver personalized skin careregimens based on client needs.
The role will perform professional grade hair removal, skin and body contouring treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards, as well as sell memberships, packages and retail products. The role will also drive clinic services and product sales to hit monthly targets.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Promotion and sale of services, skin care products, memberships & packages.
- Provide skin care consultations for clients, bringing the element of personalized treatment plans and recommendations of specific services and products where necessary,
- Administer hair removal, skin care, body contouring and injection services in accordance of Moxie Med Spa's policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain rapport with clients in order to ensure overall customer service and satisfaction of clients.
- Evaluate clients with the ability to offer and perform same day services,
- Comprehensive knowledge of all service offerings.
- Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services and our product line.
- Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client.
- Chart and maintain notes, formulas, setting etc. in each clients profile in our system.
- Willingness to continue education, training and updating skills and knowledge each year.
- Collaborate with sales and ops teams to drive service and product sales to achieve monthly clinic targets based on metrics set by the company.
- Participates in local marketing and networking events.
- Builds self-generated client base in addition to the leads provided by the company.
- Cleaning, and restocking of products and supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Licensed Esthetician and in good standing with the state regulatory board.
- 1-3 years’ of Esthetician experience in relevant industry; graduates welcome with a willingness to train and grow
- Experience performing all skin care services
- Injection (dermal fillers/Botox/Dysport) a bonus, and willing to self fund licensure/training if interested in performing these services
- High volume sales experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends.
- MUST be able to work on men and women, head to toe.
- Must be able to work on LGBTQ or persons with handicaps without judgement, and using male/female pronouns as preferred by the individual
- Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and profit targets.
- Must be a self-starter
- Exceptional teamwork skills.
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Compelling interpersonal and communications skills, strong ability to influence/ build rapport

If you are an RN and not licensed in Esthetics or Cosmetology, please let us know if you would be willing to pay for the training class to become certified in injections.
The training for this job will take place in Lakewood, CO with regular schedule to be located at either the Lakewood or the Parker location, and you must be willing to work at either when needed.
