Applicant MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience in a medical spa, plastics or dermatology office a plus. Unfortunately, we cannot consider candidates who live out of state and/or do not meet minimum criteria. Part-time position available.
Job Summary
We are a growing Plastic Surgery and aesthetics office in Boulder, Co seeking an experienced aesthetician:
* Greeting people
* Perform treatments (dermaplaning, microderm, facials, chem peels, laser procedures, Coolsculpting)
* Speaking with patients in person and over the phone about medical, cosmetic services & products
* Data entry and filing
* General office & marketing duties as assigned
* Assisting the physician as needed
* Cross trained to assist in front & back offices
* Answering a multi- line phone system
* Scheduling pt appts
* Inventory
MUST have the following:
* Current license without restrictions
* 2 Years aesthetics experience (laser certification preferred)
* Ability to communicate clearly with office staff and medical providers
* Ability to take initiative and problem solve
* Professional / kind and caring attitude towards others
* Polished appearance, mature, drama free
* Responsible, reliable, trustworthy, team player
* Professional phone demeanor and outstanding customer service skills
* Basic knowledge of computer software,
Additional information:
- Commission plus bonus
- 90 day probationary period
