Estheticians are responsible for educating and showing our customers about the products we carry and to help our customers feel empowered to make good decisions about our products, as well as performing skincare and waxing services. Estheticians will be set up for success through our on-going training that provides detailed information on all brands and specific brand protocols for their facials that we perform on our clients. We continuously increase our education through store events with the founders themselves, new product launches as well as additional training classes.
Additional responsibilities:
-Support Store Manager on all events and sales goals
-Actively participate in training sessions and workshops
-Strong customer service skills, able to meet and interact with people and demonstrate an enthusiastic and positive attitude to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
-Initiate service consultations by asking open-ended questions to learn the customer’s preferences and needs
-Keep accurate and complete client records
-Build and maintain good customer relationships
-Must be a self-starter and team player! We need someone who takes initiative, is proactive and enjoys working with a small team.
-Perform daily store maintenance tasks including receiving shipments, daily cleaning, maintaining stock as well as visual presentations.
-Open and flexible scheduling availability- weekends are required
Qualifications:
-Colorado Esthetician license is required, 5+ years in the industry
-Dermaplaning Certification and Microdermabrasion Certification
-Proficient in facial massage and waxing
-Strong background in skincare and sales
-Knowledgeable and genuine interest in natural beauty and healthy living
-Flexibility regarding work hours; ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
-You must have a professional appearance and attitude and know how to have fun!
*Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage experience a plus
*Sugaring experience a plus
