Job Description:
Chief Operations Facilitator in charge of a small company in Lakewood with accounts worldwide. Someone to improve the local service portion of our business and increase our international online product sales business.

Duties:
Acomoclitic Studio is a small business generating over a half million in sales annually with 3 full time estheticians. A major part of our income is generated from online product sales with 3 of our own product lines. In 2014 we plan on growing 50%, and doubling our business to a million dollar company by the end of 2015. We need a motivated, professional, qualified person to be a major influence in achieving our goals.
The owner lives out of town and needs someone who is trustworthy, accountable with managerial type skills to lead the team and business to the next level. Because we are a small business, the duties will include everything from answering the phone, shipping orders, and scheduling appointments, to leading sales training, planning events, and managing the staff. We need someone who is detailed with financial recording. 
Our business specializes in Brazilian hair removal for women and men so we need someone who is comfortable talking about private parts to women and men and making our customers feel comfortable. We have a relaxed, happy, inviting environment and we want to keep that as part of our brand. However, we need someone who has some dynamite in them to blast us with focused effort to a higher level.

Other Notes:
We are not looking to re-brand so we need someone who can adapt to our brand and grow our company within our niche market. Even within these parameters there is room for creativity and self expression, which we encourage. 

We use an online software system called Booker.com for our scheduling which is also used for CRM and POS but needs to be programmed to function for our business. We need someone who is good at exploring a program and utilizing it to it's capacity. Work smarter not harder and let this program integrate with your marketing efforts. Simple things like setting up Special promotions, promoting on social media and sending specialized emails to our members, etc.

This job isn't the traditional 9am-5pm. We need someone who can work evenings til 9pm and Saturdays.
