Facial Esthetician/Sales Associate
Position Available at busy Massage Envy Spa Clinic in the Denver Tech Center
We are seeking a hard-working individual with the following qualities: Proactive, Results Focused, A Finisher, Builds Rapport, Connects Quickly, Enjoys Urgency, Follows Through. If you are seeing yourself in those words, than we want to talk with you about being a Facial Esthetician/Sales Associate for us.
Principal Job Duties:
* Greet guests & members in professional, friendly manner and select the appropriate Massage Envy facial based on the clients needs after reviewing the client intake form with each guest.
* Obtains client's informed consent for facial plan prior to beginning the session.
* Perform 50 minute customized facial session within the scope of training and utilizing draping protocols.
* Complete accurate and legible client intake notes.
* Creates an excellent experience for guests & members through a therapeutic touch and friendly attitude.
* Promotes the health and wellness benefits of facials specific to each client and recommends frequency.
* Providing excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival and selling memberships.
* Assists in maintaining professional front desk and reception area.
* Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
Position Requirements:
* Colorado State license required.
* Must carry liability insurance.
* Must pass a background check.
* Completed a minimum of 500 hours of education.
* Understand and believe in the benefits of skin care and massage therapy.
* Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff.
* Able to work flexible days and hours. One weekend shift required.
* Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
