Laser Technician/Medical Assistant/Esthetician
Cosmetic Dermatology Clinic is looking for an esthetician/medical assistant/certified laser technician. We are looking for another exceptional employee. You must be a hard worker, team player, detail oriented person with great people skills. Must be friendly and have knowledge of aesthetic lasers, cosmetic procedures and skin care products. We are looking for flexible part time or full time employee. Candidate must have medical experience, and cosmetic/aesthetic experience.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical field
Minimum 2 years of experience working with Lasers
Patient triage, check paperwork, charting, patient preparation and room changes
Maintain organized and clean workspaces
Prepare office spaces for the arriving patients in the am or close in the pm.
Follow up calls
Extremely accurate data entry
Answer phones and take accurate messages
Prepare and file charts
Insure that the front desk is covered at all times by coordinating with assistant administrative staff
Articulate and clear phone communication skills with welcome friendly voice and manner
Efficient and accurate patient scheduling/schedule is complex with multiple providers and rooms.


Qualifications:
Ability to Multitask phone lines, people, and jobs
Good communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to problem solve as well as take direction
Computer skills include complex scheduling, data entry and correction, Quickbooks desirable
Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards
Professional dress standards
Willingness to learn and grow into or beyond the position.
Photographic skills desirable
Experience with the following lasers/machines a plus: Scition, Fraxel, Thermage, Diode (lightsheer), Alexandrite, Ktp, and CoolTouch.
  • Compensation: $14 - $19, depending on experience
