Solera Salon and Spa Centennial in the heart of the DTC, is the perfect place to thrive as an independent artist. We currently have single hair suites available, as well as 2 double suites with windows! We are also looking estheticians, we have one esthetics room available for move in around late August, and we have 2 brand new esthetic rooms being built that will be coming soon!

Want to test the waters of living the suite life? We need subleases! If you’re a hair stylist, Esthetician, or Nail Tech looking to expand without taking the full plunge, we want you too!!!

Our members are well established professionals with a thriving client base. Our open floor plan offers a feeling of community between our members and our clients. We understand your needs and have put everything in place to accommodate you and your guests. We are an upscale salon and spa with amenities not found with other suite rental properties. You can sell what ever product lines you choose, as well as decorate your space to fit your niche clientele. The sky is the limit here at Solera Centennial!

Upon entering our building you will enjoy an open space that includes a café and boutique. Our guest service representatives will greet your clients and direct them to your suite if needed. As well as help them to the fitting rooms if something in our boutique catches their eyes. Your clients are our reason for the amazing customer service that is a staple of Solera Centennial.
