THE COMPANY
Waxed + Bronzed opened in April of 2018, and has been growing rapidly ever since. We specialize in Brazilians and Brows, use top quality wax, and pride ourselves in paying attention to detail. Our Organic Airbrush Spray Tans give our clients flawless, custom results. We also offer lash and brow tinting, lash lifting, Xtreme Lashes Eyelash Extensions, dermaplaning and chemical peels.
Our team is small but mighty! We staff four estheticians between two suites. We all share the responsibility of providing clients with amazing services, and act as the “front desk,” which allows you to have control over your books (we also have online booking)! Additionally, your duties will include processing payments, restocking supplies, selling retail items, and cleaning up after yourself : )
THE POSITION
Do you genuinely LOVE to wax?? Heavily focused on Brazilian waxing, this position requires someone with at least 6 months of waxing experience. Speed waxing experience a plus! Hard wax experience another plus!! You should also be semi-obsessed with brows since we also pride ourselves in providing the best eyebrow waxing service in Boulder. We are happy to train the right candidate on spray tanning, tinting, and lash lifting! Preference given to those already certified in chemical peels and dermaplaning. Experience with lash extensions would be amazing, but not a requirement for this position.
Esthetician must be licensed in Colorado, with open/flexible scheduling availability. MUST must MUST be reliable, trustworthy, have integrity and a sense of pride in what you do. We want someone to join our team who considers this more than just a job, and who is legitimately passionate about providing esthetics services to clients. Hourly base pay, plus tips, plus commissioned retail sales averages $20-$30+ an hour! Eligible for PTO after 6 months. Eligible for a performance based BONUS after 6 months!

Located within the Phenix Salon Suites at the intersection of Baseline Road and Foothills
Parkway, our location is hard to beat! We get a ton of CU Boulder students, many Boulder locals, as well as clients from Broomfield, Superior, Westminster, Golden, Lafayette and Louisville. Our shopping center has a huge parking lot, and many nearby stores that bring foot traffic. Within the suites, we are the only studio that offers esthetics services, so we get referrals from all of the other businesses within Phenix (mainly hair stylists).
