Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
The Aesthetic Institute at Mile High Sports and Rehabilitation Medicine is a medical aesthetic company specializing in laser treatment and injectable services. The Aesthetic Institute is seeking a full-time Licensed Medical Aesthetician with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a medical clinic/med spa or similar setting.
The Aesthetic Institute is looking for a motivated individual capable of working directly with patients to provide skincare consultations, deliver treatment and make recommendations for future treatments. Qualified candidates will be expected to manage a book of clients as well as assist in the continued development of the practice. Qualified candidates should have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives as well as be able to demonstrate experience in networking and the marketing of aesthetics services. Candidates must be capable of educating patients in aesthetic and cosmetic services as well as serve as a skin-health and beauty expert.

Job Duties
- Provide skin care consultation and treatment to patients;
- Assess patients skin health and along with the patient make treatment recommendations to achieve the patients desired outcome;
- Achieve and exceed treatment and sales goals;
- Maintain professional notes on all patients and update files to reflect current services, treatment plan and patient treatment goals;
- Maintain a well-stocked and clear treatment area;
- Recommend and assist with the delivery of services by physicians;
- Maintain a high retention rate among patients;
- Track and manage inventory;
- Participate in managing the social media account for The Aesthetics Institute and coordinate quarterly patient engagement events;
- Serve as a customer service representative managing all facets of the patient experience including but not limited to marketing and networking, patient check-in/check-out, delivery of treatment, coordination of treatment with physicians, collection and management of payments, customer service follow-up calls, treatment reminders and continued relationship management.
Requirements
- Current Medical Aesthetician license (required)
- 1 years’ experience performing Facial and chemical peel services (required)
- Laser Certification (preferred)
- Chemical Peel Certification (preferred)
Other Requirements
All qualified candidates must be comfortable interacting directly with clients and building your own client base. Candidates must be professional and capable of demonstrating in a positive manner the outcomes of the products and treatments offered. The ability to work independently and to manage your own schedule is required. Candidates must be capable of working within a team yet operating independently. All candidates must be organized, maintain a positive attitude and be effective communicators.

Must demonstrate customer service skills and the ability to perform a wide range of tasks with a focus on quality, timeliness and service. Must be able to perform all tasks to a high degree of professionalism, be courteous and display flexibility and time management. Must be able to continuously meet and exceed sales target.
