Botanica Wellness Sanctuary in City Park West is seeking one more dynamic and passionate Licensed Esthetician to add to our amazing team. Our independent and locally owned center thrives on a welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable providers, and the best health, wellness, and beauty products available. If you're looking to help people feel great in a no-drama, beautiful spa setting, read on!
Applicants must be passionate about skin care with experience in:
- Facial Treatments
- Facial Waxing
- Chemical Peels
- Microdermabrasion
- Epidermal Leveling
- Knowledge of Eminence Organics and SkinCeuticals is a big plus.
*We will train on our specialty offerings such as DaVinci Teeth Whitening and HydraFacial, etc...*
This is a part-time position. Fridays (2-7PM) and Saturdays (full days) are needed. Availability for a week day morning shift and/or as other shifts become available.
Our estheticians are employees, and are eligible for a health insurance stipend after 6 months and retirement account after one year of employment! Other benefits include ability to trade with other providers in the center (we offer Acupuncture, Massage, Chiropractic, & Esthetics). We also have great clients who understand the importance of tipping! Enjoy 40% off most retail products.
Expectations:
-Currently licensed in the state
-Have active liability insurance
-Professional appearance and not smelling of smoke of any kind.
-Customer satisfaction oriented. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our clients leave happy and feel that their money was well spent. If there is an issue, you're always ready to make it right.
-Ability to recommended a detail and goal-oriented treatment plan when needed
-Ability to sell retail products related to services provided
-Excited to learn new techniques, product lines, and services
-Gets along well with others, teamwork-oriented and ENJOYS WORKING!
