We are hiring a talented, eager to learn, and self-starting licensed, experienced Cosmetologist or Aesthetician.

Job Duties
You will be considered successful in this position if you:
Demonstrate exemplarily customer service, greet guests & members, providing information and directions as necessary.
Engage clients in products, services, and special events. (in person and on phone)
Conducts tours of the spa and related facilities.
Cash register transactions including daily banking
Demonstrate total competency in Vagaro Booking Software.
Product Merchandising, organize and clean front desk and waiting areas. (dusting, organize displays and marketing materials)
Participates in periodic product inventory and other projects as directed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Communicate well with clients, peers, and management.
Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills for handling and directing a busy environment.
Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the team.
Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the Lash and Company experience during each shift.
Respond to social media messaging throughout each shift, Facebook + Instagram
Able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends or special events as assigned. Able to pick up shifts, work weekends and close weekdays
Ensure client paperwork including intake forms + treatment records are filled out completely and accurately. Ensure client records are store securely including digital files such as before and after photos taken on Lash and Company electronic devices.
Follow up with clients 24-48 hours after service
Solicit referrals and reviews from clients regularly.
Attend continuing education after the initial training: in-spa workshops, classes, promotional, or any other required on the job trainings / meetings.
Prescribe appropriate skin care regimens and sell recommended products to each client based on their unique needs. (Our providers are knowledgeable and well trained on the use of Revision Skincare)
Maintain store to ensure safe working conditions. Maintain a clean and organized work space. Help to maintain overall spa cleanliness. Utilize company tools / checklists to ensure work space meets Lash and Company cleanliness standards.
Follow dress code and all employee hand book guidelines.
